MA, BFA, RTC she/her/hers

I am a performing musician, visual artist, and Expressive Arts Therapist based in Moh’Kinsstis in Treaty 7 Territory
aka Calgary, Alberta*
I believe in accessible therapy!

With over 15 years of experience working directly with people, I have spent the last decade working with and advocating for neurodiverse adults as well as children and their families in their homes and in the community.

In our work together, I invite my clients to discover their agency and resources as experts of their own experiences and stories.
My 5 years of training have coincided with disability support work and artistic practices- resulting in a tailored counselling experience that brings in the arts as another means to communicate and connect.

Through the Association of Cooperating Counselling Therapists, I am an insured Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) #3110.

I have my MA in Expressive Arts Therapy through the European Graduate School (2024), as well as my diploma of Expressive Arts Therapy through Vancouver Expressive Arts (2023), and my level 1 Expressive Arts Certificate through the Prairie Institute of Expressive Arts Therapy (2019).
